For me, the Management degree at ISCTE turned out to be a very comprehensive and versatile course, mainly because it provides a broad education and opens doors to many different career paths. Throughout the degree, we are exposed to different areas such as Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources and Strategy, which allows to discover different fields.
The professors are, in general, very approachable and available to answer questions and support students whenever needed.
One of the main disadvantages is that the degree does not include a mandatory internship as part of the curriculum. I believe having an integrated internship would be a valuable opportunity for students to gain practical experience and apply what they have learned before graduating.
For someone who is still exploring different career options, I would recommend the course. However, students who already know exactly which area they want to specialize in may find the course somewhat too general.
