The whole university is very big, there are so many subjects you can study. The best thing is college town, so many places for students, when you can relax, make new friends or just study. Every student gets a place in dorm and this is something not many Universities have in POland

I studied Civil Engineering at AGH University and overall I had a positive experience. The studies were quite demanding, especially subjects related to mathematics, structures and construction, but they gave me a good technical background. I especially liked the practical classes and projects, because they helped me understand how the knowledge can be used in real construction work. Some professors were very helpful and willing to explain difficult topics, although the quality of teaching could sometimes be different depending on the course. Student life in Kraków was also a big advantage, with many opportunities to meet other students and take part in different activities. I would recommend AGH to students who are ready to work hard and are interested in Civil Engineering.

Great university, totally recommen it! Most of the classes were interesting and the tutors were knowledgeable and geniuinely dedicated to teaching, altough, there were a few who were more challenging to learn from. There were also lots of extra activities, such as knowledge groups and additional classes, as well as opportunities for Erasmus exchange and grants. The campus life was awesome and many buildings were really modern and equipped with the latest technology/ I’m proud to have studied there!

I recommend this university. Very interesting curriculum, dedicated professors and many opportunities to learn. You will be able to meet valuable colleagues at the campus. In additon the university has many resources

I was studying at the faculty of geodesy, there were a lot of problems with organization of the classes as well as material used for the classes, they were old and not updated to current reality which in fast changing engineering world is making them useless

AGH University is a powerhouse for engineering and tech, offering a high energy campus vibe right in the heart of Krakow’s student life. It’s the kind of place where the rigorous academic standards and deep industry ties genuinely prepare you for a serious career in the global market.

Online studies are very boring. There is little that can be learned, there is no interaction between people which makes you mentally ill. Classes are because they are and that’s it. No lecturer tries to encourage and the students are forced to attend these classes without the will to develop. There is a work prospect, but because the most important semesters were held online, it’s hard to choose your path.
