I have been studying at the Jagiellonian University for two years and I have to admit that it is an exceptional place. The lecturers, especially in the law department, are extremely competent, although some tend to be harsh in their assessment. I like the access to numerous libraries – I usually study in the Jagiellonian Library, where the atmosphere is conducive to concentration. The downside is the queues to the dean’s office – sometimes you have to wait for hours to take care of a simple matter. However, the student life is a big advantage – I participate in debates organized by the Constitutional Law Academic Club and it is a great opportunity to learn and network. Krakow as a student city is a bull’s eye – atmospheric cafes, clubs and lots of cultural events. If someone is looking for a prestigious university with a rich history but is ready to face the bureaucracy, the Jagiellonian University is a great choice!
View moreI absolutely love Jagiellonian University! The level of education I am receiving is top-notch and the professors are incredibly knowledgeable. But what sets this university apart is their focus on real-life situations. They don’t just teach theory, they give us practical examples and hands-on experience so that we are prepared for the real world. I feel confident that when I graduate, I will be ready to tackle any challenge thrown my way.
