One of the best universities in Europe

Strong believes, traditions, respect of rights, multiculturalism are all about UJ!

Finishing studying BA International Relations and Area Studies programme and can say for sure that it is one of the best universities in Europe.

As my programme is in English, the internationality amazed me: Norway, Sweden, Finland, Uruguay, Venezuela, Russia, Ukraine, France, and much more. You have the opportunity to practice so many languages with native speakers and for me it’s awesome. You have chance to broaden your standards, learn about new cultures and of course make international friends.

Professors at Jagiellonian University feel like grandparents, parents, and friends at the same time. During the first year, I had a tutor who helped me with so many problems, who supported me all the time. They don’t try to be your professors but try to be your friends. According to academic and organisational stuff it is also perfect. At the begging of the course each professor provides you with a syllabus and readings.

I’m glad that my first student years have been in Cracow at Jagiellonian University! I love this city and university with all of my heart and believe me you will as well!

Hello! I am trying to decide whether to attend Jagellonian Uni for a master\’s program in International Relations and Public Diplomacy. I would like to ask your opinion on the quality of the classes you took (even if they weren\’t in the same study area). Do you feel like you get the most out of your classes regarding feeling knowledgeable in the area? Were the courses mostly lectures and notes, or were there also smaller classes where you could interact? How was your experience with teacher/staff interactions? In terms of the student experience, how do you enjoy being a student there and living in Krakow overall? Thank you so much in advance for your opinions! Have a great day!
