Studying nursing at this institution was a life-changing experience. The programme was intensive, well-organized, and focused on both academic knowledge and practical skill development. Lecturers were experienced and genuinely passionate about grooming competent nurses. We had strong clinical exposure in different departments, which helped me build confidence and apply what I learned in real-life scenarios. The simulation labs were well-equipped, and the support from staff made learning much easier. While some facilities could be improved, the overall standard of training was excellent. I feel fully prepared to enter the workforce, and I’m proud to have studied here.

What stood out the most for me was my clinical posting at LASUTH. The hospital setting was fast-paced, with real-life exposure to diverse cases. Working alongside experienced nurses and doctors helped build my confidence and sharpen my practical skills.
The classes were solid in content, although there were occasional gaps in structure and supervision—especially outside LASUTH. Still, some lecturers were truly exceptional and went above and beyond to support our learning.
Campus life was very academic-centered with minimal extracurricular activities, but the friendships and professional connections I built were invaluable.
While there were some challenges—like administrative delays and inconsistent supervision in a few areas—the overall experience was rewarding. I would recommend LASUCOM to future nursing students, especially those who are passionate, resilient, and eager to gain hands-on experience in a real clinical environment.
