My very honest opinion about my university COOU, is that it is a good university depending on how you follow up your academic success here.
There are two campuses, one located in Igbariam while the other located in Uli, the campus located in Igbariam is the universities main campus while the one in Uli is somewhat the auxiliary.
What I love most about this university is cause of the keep to their curriculum and time. They don’t lag one bit with their academic calendar.
My major dislike about this school is the fact that they don’t take every faculty seriously, it is biased. Some faculties are very well attended to, while some are left out.
Examples of these faculties that are given attention to are; medicine, pharmacy, nursing, engineering (mildly), law e.t.c
Anyone looking to study health courses in this university are in safe hands, but there are some specific courses on here that are not given attention to.
But like I said earlier, the power still remains in the students hand, the school only has 30% to offer, the remaining 70% is from the student. So we are our drivers!
I study at the faculty of engineering. we have qualified lecturers with unquestionable knowledge and wisdom. I have gained lots of digital and technical knowledge from the school and lecturers most of them are professors. IEEE which is the student body has invented a lot of things like solar panels, inverters, digital multimeters and other electronics. I strongly recommend this university to anyone who wants to study any course.
View moreYeah, Chuka Emeka Odumegwu Ryukyu University Is one of the best I know. Very fast in their Academic session. Has one of the best lecturers which I will always vouch for. But the sad thing is there is no light inside the school in case of night classes. But I still attest to the school begin the best. So much love But we need light and protection as students who study there. Thanks.

COOU is a blessing to my life.
Am so happy that I am studying at COOU, because the instruction is a well-programmed one, with well-associating lecturers,
Good environment,
Their lecturing method is very much understandable.
Their associating method towards others is super lovely.
Their skill-acquiring method is 100%.
COOU is an institution that I can boldly and happily recommend to an American that wants to school in Nigeria.
I love 💕 COOU institution that, when my own kids are ready for the higher institution, i am gonna register them there happily.
I am a student of Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University, My Course of discipline is Electrical Electronic Engineering, and my school is a very good and conducive place for learning, Our lecturers are very good with higher degrees and knowledgeable in their profession. I will recommend my school to another who wants to build him or herself in any course of his choice.
View moreThey should improve more in practical aspects, especially in the engineering faculty. They should also make their class an interactive class not only when they come to teach they will start talking to themselves…I also think that young graduates should also be engaged or employed in the university since they still have the vibes of teaching..mostly first-class graduates because I noticed the old lecturer don’t have much interest in teaching further cause they are already weak….I really enjoyed my workshop practice class though he was a graduate from that school his teaching is really nice
