Kenyatta University School of Law is a special place where I and many found opportunity to find friends, discover ourselves better and shape our futures wholistically- I mean opportunities for spiritual growth and opportunities to garner high-end sought- after skills like mooting, debate, drafting and legal research.

My experience was good. The university hosts people from all walks of life and irrespective of social status. The university is conscious about tough economic times and has a student-friendly dress code: Decent, closed shoes lest injured and official attire when required. This means the students get to plan for suits and can wear clothes within their taste and budget in compliance with the requirements.

Kenyatta University School of Law has a wholistic approach towards mentorship and guidance of students into lawyers of reputable standing with proper character and plethora of skills in self-expression, understanding of the law and good drafting and legal research skills. Professors are skilled and available at designated times for consultation.

The downside I noticed was they take time to remit caution money once students have cleared. Also there are rumours of missing marks for examinations or CATS. But all in all, the experience, exposure to opportunities to learn and develop were worth it. Nice job.

The work the lecturers put to ensure students understand every topic is unbelievable.How students and lecturers work together to achieve a certain goal is just amazing.I get to have a family in school not just through studies but through activities with friends I make in school .❤️

I like how Kenyatta University had a great Student Exchange Program that allowed well performing students to participate in this and study abroad for a semester . This builds great interpersonal skills and exposes students to different cultures . All the same you the experience cannot be compared to other normal university experiences as you get to network and gain important connections in the future that are helpful . The exposure is indeed valuable .

However great , the program isn’t as streamlined as it disadvantaged other students who participated and did not get the grades they had scored in their semester abroad reciprocated in the university when they got back leading to them retaking those same units .
All in all a great experience nonetheless

Kenyatta University exposed me to various platforms and opportunities with the aid of the numerous clubs and organizations within the school. As a law graduate I am proud to be an alumni as the school has shaped me into a better individual.
