Good foundation, not so good overall

Good overall, the organizational structure should be improved. Practical training quality changes drastically from ward to ward. The courses are well rounded, but many courses lack deepening the practical side.

Hey, hope you are doing well.
I just wanted to know hows the clinical exposure and hands-on experience during clinical rotations??
I know we have to be proactive to get hands in experience, but still do we have to compete with a large number of students to get clinical exposure or hands on experience?? Hows the patient load, hows the pathology exposure ??
