I graduated in Management Engineering at the University of Palermo.I spend 2 and half years there and I never had any problem with the secretary, exams and teachers. Suitable teaching load and optimal teachers preparation and professionalism. I was really attracted by what i studied and by the ways subjects were presented. The only drawback of UniPa is that it is located in a region with ‘poor’ services and opportunities. There is not a perfect, but not absolutely bad, connection between work-world and university and generally it doesn’t provide very excellent opportunities as exchange programmes, internships exc. I spent my last semester in Germany, thanks to Erasmus, but there were not many choices.
Eventually, i really recommend it to students for teachers’ availability and their behaviour and how the academic year is managed and structured.
You have to study a lot. The University offers accommodation for students, and the building is near the university. Professors are quite often available. The university doesn’t have strong foreign relationship and it is located in the suburbs.
