At Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Ghana, I encountered remarkable opportunities as a student. Here, I engaged in a platform prioritizing academic excellence while encouraging practical learning experiences that prepared me for the real world.
One of the most significant opportunities KNUST offered was its emphasis on hands-on learning. Through various research projects, internships, and industry collaborations, I applied theoretical knowledge in practical settings, gaining invaluable skills and insights along the way. This approach bridged the gap between classroom learning and real-world application, ensuring I was well-equipped for my future endeavors.

Honestly speaking this university has proved to be the best when it comes to pursuing industry-based or technology-based courses because it grooms students in a way that enables them to fit in the field once they’re done. The thing I disliked about the school was the inability to restructure certain program outlines since it was started. The world is fast developing and so there is a need to catch up with the learning of modern educational approaches.

It is a great university for intellectuals and creative people. I will recommend it to everyone. I recommend that they consider remarking proposals from brilliant student who were not graded properly for their hard work. Downplaying this to me feels that hard work is not appreciated.

It’s a great school with a lot of diverse culture and it was exciting. The university does its best to educate the students as well as it could.
But the school can do a lot better when it comes to practicals especially in the engineering department.

Admittedly engineering programs in knust are not practical enough but, their solution oriented entrepreneurship and development programs for engineering students surely prepare you for the real world. You’re placed under a work like amount of pressure to provide solutions to real life problems and this is very similar to what you’ll face once you’re out there so overall, I’ll say it’s very good
