It is one of the most important educational institutions in southern Upper Rhine area, the University of Applied Sciences Offenburg is a German university established in 1967 headed by Winfried Lieber. The Offenburg main campus is easily can be reached by car, bus or train. The Offenburg has 70 partner universities from around the world with over 200 students in around 40 nations. The success in international teaching and research is the profile element of the university. More than 13% of the students studying in Offenburg are from abroad. It offers four English language programs in IT, Energy Technology and Management: • Communication and Media Engineering (M.Sc.) • Energy Conversation and Management (M.
