I’m currently a student at IU University of Applied Sciences and have been really frustrated with how the university handles grading. Even after sending reminders, I’ve still not received my grade on time – this has happened more than once, and I know I’m not the only one. A lot of students are facing the same issue, which makes it clear this isn’t just a one-off problem.
For a university that charges high tuition fees and expects everything from students to be done on time, it’s pretty disappointing that they don’t hold themselves to the same standard. Communication with the examination team is slow or nonexistent, and it feels like we’re being ignored.
The course content itself is decent, and the online platform is convenient – but when the admin side is this unreliable, it really takes away from the overall experience. I wouldn’t recommend IU unless they seriously improve how they handle student support and communication.
