Helsinki University is a diverse and cozy university with high quality teaching and research. The teachers are intelligent and kind and easy to talk to. The programs and subjects are well planned out and the work load for courses are usually decent, not too much or too little. I also loved the student culture and clubs on the campus. Also. If you ever need help with your studies you can always get help and guidance to plan your studies or solve problems.
View moreThe best part of the University of Helsinki is the amount of independence it awards its students. Students are allowed to choose courses freely as they please. However, they still have support for students who want to take the “basic” study path in their field. This balance makes the university attractive to study at. Additionally, the teachers, staff, and infrastructure is world class, and it is an education that anyone would enjoy.
View moreI really appreciate the academic freedom at the University of Helsinki. This kind of atmosphere allowed me to pursue my studies at my own pace without even falling behind. I stayed fairly motivated throughout the academic year as well.
