My experience at Carleton University has been really positive overall. The programmes are well-structured and the professors are approachable and genuinely care about student success. I especially liked the campus community, it’s diverse, welcoming, and there are lots of clubs and events that make it easy to get involved. Ottawa is also a great location for internships and research opportunities. If I had to pick one thing to improve, it would be more support around housing during peak intake periods. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Carleton to future students looking for a balance of academics and campus life.
