Nearly all the professors I have had since enrolling at SFU have all been amazing, organized, and understanding to their students. I believe this is a testament of the quality of SFU’s education, and as such I have always enjoyed my education here. My only gripe with SFU is the social life on campus, which could use improvements in its facilitation, though luckily there are plenty of clubs on campus to join.

I made a commitment to myself during my first few months at SFU that I would participate in any extracurricular activities offered by the university in order to get to know more students. Since then, I’ve become actively involved in three clubs with the intention of taking advantage of further chances at this institution.
My major has introduced me to some fantastic people. I’m presently enrolled as a Criminology major, where I’m learning about various legal information, particularly criminal law, and how it relates to our contemporary society. In both my tutorial sessions and my lecture rooms, I’ve met a number of people who share my interests. These people’s admiration for the judicial system made me feel at home, and I was in awe of them!
Despite the fact that I have not been a student for very long, I will state that as I continue my studies at SFU, I aim to learn more about the various faculties and departments.
