UFF is a great university, especially for students who are interested in pursuing an academic career. One thing that stood out to me was how much the professors cared about making sure we really understood the subjects we were studying.
The university has a strong academic focus, so the theoretical content of many courses was quite dense. Professors usually wanted us to understand the subject as a whole, rather than just focus on one specific part of it. This could be challenging at times, but I think it gave me a good foundation and helped me develop a deeper understanding of my field.
Some courses also included practical activities, such as field research, which were connected to what we were learning in class. I really enjoyed these activities because they gave us the opportunity to put the theory into practice and see how things worked in real-life situations.
Overall, I had a positive experience at UFF. It is a university that requires dedication, but I think it is a good choice for students who want a strong academic background and are willing to study and get involved with their courses.
This university is very good overall. There are several opportunities for all kinds of interests. My course, International Relations, is very complete. In fact, I wouldn’t expect it to have any math related subjects, yet it does. The university overall offers dozens of courses that are very regarded nationally and internationally. Law and Med School, for example, are one of the best ones in the country, if not the best. It also offers great support and accessibility for disabled students, such as those in the autism spectrum.
