PUCRS offers a range of undergraduate colleges in several different areas, divided by schools. It is truly a cutting-edge university in terms of technology and research in the IT area, in addition to having an area where companies can form within its space called Tecnopuc. The only problem is in relation to the humanities colleges and investment in the area of art. They end up opting to invest heavily in technology, but in the colleges that concern culture there is still a long way to go before they can have a significant presence. They had their moments, but in recent years they have been somewhat left aside.
I believe it can improve further and have the medical school that was once very prestigious and be able to invest in the arts area, which is very necessary nowadays.
Despite its flaws, it is a great trainer of professionals in the technology sector and an exporter of brains around the world.
The campus is very well equipped and has a peaceful and practical life. It offers various events for students and professionals in the specific area according to the occasion, such as entrepreneurship and new technology events.
