Student review [#13307] for Mechanical Engineering
at Ghent University

The University is simply top notch, with great facilities, huge laboratories and very relevant and well taught course contents, although the professors can be way to strict at times and the evaluation methods quite hard. It was very easy being an Erasmus Student at UGent, since classes are taught in English and you get a lot of support during the whole time.
Other than that, Ghent is just a phenomenal city – it’s beautiful, you have a lot of things to do, and it simply has a great and young vibe (in many ways due to the very strong presence and impact of the University students).
Long story short, this is a 5 star University, and I just can’t recommend it enough!
