As Chittagong is the industrial hub of Bangladesh and the country requires a good number of skilled engineers, this university has been playing a top role in this regard.
However there are also scope for better developments in the campus area.
Currently I am studying at Department of Civil Engineering at CUET. This is one of the strictly arranged department To survive for the students. Large portion of the student have complaints about the grading system of this department. They have a strict moderation board for questioning in the exam and so most of the student can’t achieve their desired grade and in the consequences students are decreasing their mental ability to perform for the bigger approach. But this has a positive impact also. By undergoing these much pressure students are preparing their mentality for the future work place pressure.

View moreAs a student of the Civil Engineering department at CUET, I am proud to be part of one of the most renowned universities in Chattogram and Bangladesh.
The university offers an exceptional academic environment that is perfectly suited for rigorous engineering studies.
One of the greatest strengths of this institution is the abundance of research facilities available to the students.
The campus is surrounded by natural beauty, which creates a peaceful atmosphere for learning and innovation.
However, there is a significant need to improve the transportation and communication systems for the convenience of the students.
Despite the connectivity challenges, CUET remains a premier destination for those seeking quality education and a bright professional future.
I am currently studying at Chittagong University of Engineering & Technology (CUET), one of the top engineering universities in Bangladesh. It is well known for its quality education, strong career opportunities for graduates, and the success of its students in pursuing higher studies both at home and abroad.
CUET was originally established in 1968 as an engineering college and later became a full university in 2003.
One of the best parts of CUET is its residential campus, where most students live on campus. This creates a lively and supportive academic environment. The campus itself is beautiful and peaceful, often called a “Green Heaven” because of its rich greenery and natural surroundings.
Overall, I would definitely recommend CUET to anyone who wants to pursue engineering in Bangladesh.
