Though Its nature & weather is terrific but the Educational environment is not quite Student friendly. Teachers-Students relationship has not built up frankly yet. Research work is not processing at international level, however few are working their level best in some arena.
Monotonous Classes may feel a student boring.
A student’s attitude & vision may not grow at Engineer’s level.

Yes, obviously I recommend it.My University really helped me a lot to connect with many more students outside my district. CUET has arranged many club programmes, contest and cultural programme that is very much helpful for student.Teacher and student relationship is good and maintain moral values and taking exam with standard question maintain the quality.we have a big ground that’s why student free to play there and also have gymnasium which another good thing of our University.

This university provides a natural environment along with proper facilities to pursue engineering degree and research works. As Chittagong is the industrial hub of Bangladesh and the country requires a good number of skilled engineers, this university has been playing a top role in this regard.
However there are also scope for better developments in the campus area.

The University is pretty good but need to improve techniques for students to get much more knowledge as well as results. The teachers are awesome but they should consider about the results of students for the future

Currently I am studying at Department of Civil Engineering at CUET. This is one of the strictly arranged department To survive for the students. Large portion of the student have complaints about the grading system of this department. They have a strict moderation board for questioning in the exam and so most of the student can’t achieve their desired grade and in the consequences students are decreasing their mental ability to perform for the bigger approach. But this has a positive impact also. By undergoing these much pressure students are preparing their mentality for the future work place pressure.

The curriculum is well-structured and focuses on building solid technical knowledge. Many of the faculty members are knowledgeable and supportive, which helps in understanding complex subjects.
The campus life is quite engaging, with opportunities to participate in clubs, competitions, and extracurricular activities. The environment is generally friendly and collaborative among students.
However, there are some areas that could be improved. Administrative processes can sometimes be slow, and certain facilities could be upgraded to meet modern standards. More industry connections and practical exposure would also benefit students in preparing for their careers.
Overall, it is a good institution for engineering studies, and I would recommend it to students who are serious about their academics and willing to make the most of the available opportunities.

This university provides 12 undergraduate courses. So I like the facilities. It has dorms for all students, which I appreciate. But this university is located almost 22km far from the Chittagong city, so communication is a matter of concern. My suggestion is our university to provide fast wifi across its 171 acres land, specially in the academic building

I’m a graduate of this Engineering Institute. I have great experience of learning Engineering courses which were both arduous and productive. This is a place where students learn creativity, team-works, cooperation, leadership and persistence. Teachers follow international courseworks and teaching methods which make lessons more convenient to the students. Evaluation processes are updated and appropriated, most of times It’s class test or Assignment that force students to go through brainstorming. University offers suitable accommodation and others facilities as if students can concentrate on their studies.

Because I studied at CUET, I have been fortunate to become part of a strong and well-connected alumni network along with a supportive community. This network has played a meaningful role in shaping my professional journey, opening doors to opportunities, guidance, and collaboration. At the same time, the CUET community has contributed greatly to strengthening my social standing, values, and sense of belonging, which continue to benefit me both personally and professionaly.
