But that’s what makes it so nice. Everyone knows everybody (which is sort of a double-edged sword), the staff is very dedicated and the lecture rooms give off the feeling of “old dignity meets techy trends”.

StudentConferenceI went in Leoben last year for a conferece and it was amazing. The university facilities were really impressive with the latest technology. The professors and students are really open people with will to help anyone.
The city as a city is small and boring I would say.

I was for CEEPUS program in Leoben for 5 months. My time in Leoben was amazing. Even if the city is small, the people are really nice and friendly.-
For the university I have to say only good things. The Phd students are really helpful and good. I was really surprised with the Professors how much they want to help students to learn things and to be better.-
The working environment is totally professional. You have your own desk and every department different libraries. For my registration to MU and to the city i almost didnt need to do anything. All my papers were filled by the secretary. I was totally amazed.
I recommend MU for engineering studies, it was a great experience
