Foreign Trade University - FTU (reviews)

I was fortunate enough to study at one of the universities with the highest admission scores in Vietnam. Thanks to that, I had the opportunity not only to study courses related to my major but also to meet and get to know many talented and wonderful people. The lecturers were also quite attentive to students and had strong expertise in their respective fields.

However, one downside was that the facilities were not very consistent during my time there. Some buildings were quite modern, while others were relatively old.

nice program with Vatel School in France in hospitality. but I do not recommend my major if you are not extremely passionate about hospitality/hotel/tourism. must have a strong interest in these field to pursue thiss major.

I expected a big, vibrant campus when I first heard about FTU’s name, but honestly, the Ho Chi Minh campus is small and a bit cramped. Facilities are quite basic — not much space for group study or chilling. That said, the classes are alright, and the teachers know their stuff

My professors had real experience in the banking sector, which made lessons practical and not just textbook-based. FTU also invites many guest speakers from the industry. After graduation, I got accepted into a management trainee program at one of Vietnam’s top banks.
