Student review [#105290] for Business Intelligence

My name is Ignacio, and I’m from Quito, Ecuador. I’ve now spent two years in Barcelona studying Business Intelligence and Data Analytics at CEU Abat Oliba, and it’s been a great experience. I’ve really loved the degree. I believe it can form very important profiles for this near future where everything is based on AI, and I also like that you learn how businesses work at the same time. Something I also like is that the university is inside the city, so there’s really no need to mention how fun Barcelona is and how many things there are to do. There’s literally no day where there’s nothing to do.
Something else I like is that on the third and fourth year of the career you go to class in the afternoon, which gives you the option to do internships and grow as a profile. About making friends, if you come from another part of the world, don’t worry, there are plenty of international students, so even if you don’t feel like you fit in with the locals right away, you’ll find your group.
Something I didn’t like were the classes in the old building, kind of uncomfortable, but there’s no reason to change university because of this small detail. Almost all the teachers have been super friendly, and something I don’t want to leave out is how attentive all the teachers are about your progress. Teachers are constantly giving feedback and looking for ways for you to be better, and that’s something you’re very likely not going to find in another university.Overall I would definitely recommend this degree to any international student or anyone who is planning on doing it.
