One of the best Spanish-speaking options worldwide to study Nutrition that I know of. I have worked in 3 other countries and my education has far surpassed that of my peers there. Unfortunately, the facilities are abandoned because they are victims of a political issue that should never and never involve education in a country. Despite this, the value of its history has led the UCV to remain a World Heritage Site. I owe a lot to this house of study. The house that overcomes the shadow will always be in my heart.
