The George Town University is renowned for both its warm welcoming environment and top-notch educational offerings. The best education course of study in the entire globe is offered at this notable university, which also has first-rate facilities to support students in the course of their studies.
View moreUniversity is so detached from the longterm poverty that surrounds it. Instead of partering w/junior and senior schools, they choose to go help incarcerated individuals instead. Extremely foul understanding of social change and hunaity.
View moreOverall, my undergraduate experience was the best I could have hoped for. Many of the groups and organizations I joined while attending allowed me to develop personally. My perception of the world has changed as a result of learning new content from some incredibly passionate Professors.
View moreI’ve had a wonderful time here; the campus is stunning, there are a ton of delicious food options, the dorms are all unique, and student life is hopping. I only wish things were a little bit simpler. But because it’s such a competitive school, it will always be difficult.
View moreThe Georgetown campus is surrounded by a beautiful neighbourhood. There are so many extracurricular activities to select from that you will always be able to keep yourself occupied. It is the ideal school for anyone interested in pursuing a career in politics or diplomacy. The folks who work here are amazing and extremely self-motivated to succeed. It’s a fantastic vibe. I’ve met many of the most interesting and engaging people I’ve ever met, who are not only intelligent but also nice and service-oriented. Professors, in my experience, are always open and willing to assist. My thinking has been broadened by the possibilities and academics.
View moreI have thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Georgetown University so far and though the departure from the common app is potentially an annoyance, it’s worth it. The Georgetown School of Foreign Service benefits from many of the chief figures in international affairs acting as professors, constant innovation, and exceptional resources and opportunities. Nowhere else does such a razor-sharp and diverse cohort gather under the auspices of rigorous education, but so genuinely aimed at serving the world. Times of global crisis like these are a living testament to the mounting relevance of the school of foreign service as the next generation of professionals is compelled to act against climate change, deepening inequalities, and political paralysis. Now more than ever, the dividends of the university’s 100 years of investment into the school of foreign service are being brought to the fore. A piece of advice: the location in D.C. is excellent, but a bit far from public transport if you don’t have a bike…
