The programme provides solid academic content and the instructors are knowledgeable and supportive in the classroom. The course materials and learning structure helped me improve my English skills. However, the administrative and scholarship process was unclear and challenging. My scholarship status changed without prior notification, and getting timely guidance or resolution was difficult. Overall, the academic side is strong, but communication and student support services need significant improvement.
