Studying at the University of the People has been one of the most satisfying decisions I’ve made. The most important thing to me was the flexibility. I was able to study completely online, which let me work full-time as a designer while I got my degree. The classes are well-structured and surprisingly interactive for a virtual format. Each course maintains a steady rhythm of readings, discussions, and assignments that make it easy to stay organized. The lecturers are helpful and competent, and they consistently encourage students to think critically and work together. I also liked the peer-to-peer learning method; talking to students from all over the world gave each discussion a global view. UoPeople isn’t easy; it takes discipline and strong time management. But that’s what makes it worth it. If you’re self-motivated, value accessibility, and want a legitimate, accredited education without the financial burden of traditional universities, this is an excellent option.
