My experience at the University of the People has been truly rewarding. As someone who once struggled to continue my education due to financial challenges, UoPeople gave me the opportunity to pursue my bachelor’s degree in Health Science at no tuition cost. What stood out the most for me is the flexibility of the program—it allows me to balance my studies with other responsibilities. The professors are supportive, and the peer-to-peer learning model encourages active participation and global perspectives.
I appreciate the diversity of the student body, as I get to interact with classmates from different cultures, which has broadened my understanding of health issues worldwide. The course materials are well-structured, and the assignments help in building both academic knowledge and practical skills.
On the downside, sometimes the workload can feel heavy, and communication with instructors may take time since everything is online. However, the support system is there if you make use of it.
