My name is Zin, I’m originally from a rural village, Shan State, Myanmar.

Studying Computer Science at University of the People has been an incredible experience. The programme is very well-structured, with clear courses that gradually build strong foundations in programming, algorithms, and databases. I love how each course combines theory with practical exercises, helping me apply what I learn in real-world scenarios.

The flexibility and support of UoPeople make a huge difference. I can study at my own pace, interact with peers from all over the world, and receive guidance from dedicated instructors who genuinely care about our progress.

The community is motivating, inspiring, and full of diverse perspectives that enrich the learning experience.

What I appreciate most is how the programme prepares us for future careers. The skills I am gaining from coding and problem-solving to database management and logical thinking are directly relevant to today’s tech industry. I feel confident, empowered, and excited about the opportunities ahead. UoPeople’s CS program has truly opened doors for me and countless others around the world.
I truly admire to be part of this family.
