My education at the University of the People has significantly enhanced my effectiveness as a teacher. The Master’s in Education program has provided me with a strong theoretical foundation in pedagogy, curriculum development, and inclusive education—knowledge I now apply daily in my classroom. The flexible, online nature of the program has also helped me develop strong self-discipline, time management, and digital communication skills, which directly benefit my teaching practice, especially in planning lessons and managing a diverse classroom.

Moreover, the multicultural and collaborative learning environment at UoPeople has broadened my perspective, allowing me to better understand and respond to the needs of students from different backgrounds. This has been especially valuable in my current role, where I teach students for whom English is a second language. UoPeople has not only advanced my academic knowledge but also empowered me with practical strategies and a deeper sense of purpose as an educator.
