I’m truly grateful to University of the People (UoPeople) for giving me the opportunity to pursue higher education. As someone from a low-income family in rural Tanzania, I never imagined I could study at a university due to financial barriers. UoPeople helped me get a scholarship, which made it possible for me to continue my education—something I thought was out of reach.

The flexibility of the online courses allows me to study while managing responsibilities at home, and the support from the UoPeople community has been amazing. UoPeople is truly changing lives by making education accessible to people like me all over the world. The university truly lives up to its mission of providing accessible, quality education to those who need it most.
