What is your opinion about this university?
As a student of the University of the People, I believe it’s a great institution, especially for individuals who want a flexible and affordable way to pursue higher education. The university offers tuition-free degree programs, which has made education more accessible to me and many others around the world.
What did you like/dislike about this university?
What I like most about UoPeople is the flexibility it provides. I can learn at my own pace and schedule, which allows me to balance my studies with other responsibilities. The international student community is also very diverse, and I’ve learned a lot from interacting with classmates from different backgrounds.
However, one thing I found challenging is the limited live interaction with instructors. Most of the learning is self-paced and discussion-based, which requires a lot of discipline and self-motivation. Sometimes, I wish there were more video lectures or real-time sessions.
Would you recommend it?
Yes, I would definitely recommend UoPeople to anyone who is self-motivated and looking for an affordable, accredited online university. It’s especially good for students in developing countries or those who may not have access to traditional universities due to financial or personal reasons.
