I have had such a blast going online and sometimes in person here. You would think an online school has an issue connecting to students but this is by far the biggest school connection I’ve ever had. There are so many relationships academically and socially I made! Computer Science was a big portion of my life here and set me up for success!

UMUC is great for adults who want to go back to school, but also have commitments like a family and a job. While nothing is stopping you from taking classes like a madman, the student advisors will reach out and make sure you’re not overloading yourself or putting too much strain on your available time. When I went, my student advisor was in constant communication with me because of my goal. I had a specific plan that I wanted to achieve in a specific timeframe, and they made sure I wasn’t putting myself under too much stress or trying to do the impossible.

UMUC remains a special institution close to my heart. It changed my life to the better since the skills I acquired in this great university have enabled me to do so well in the job market. The training in this school is hands on with a touch of career preparation. The professors not only trained us on the theory but also mentored us to comfortably fit in the job market. They were just great. Sports and other social activities are also available in this university and students are free to participate any of their choice to improve on their talents. Students’ accommodation is available for the students who want to live within the Campus.
