With its captivating architecture and active student body, Swarthmore College’s campus is breathtaking. I’m happy that I made this college my top choice. I’ve had a great time here overall. I’ve been able to connect with a group of people that I love hanging out with thanks to the residence halls. Additionally, my classes have been intellectually engaging, finding a balance between being manageable for me to succeed in and challenging me to grow.

My time at Swarthmore College has been remarkable, helping me to develop both academically and emotionally. The courses are intriguing, and I’ve had the opportunity to pursue my interests through extracurricular activities. The teachers are great, with extensive knowledge of their areas, and they teach in a way that is both challenging and enjoyable. The campus facilities are modern and well-equipped, which improves the overall educational experience. I’ve been pleased by the faculty’s passion and excitement, and I feel lucky to be a part of such a lively academic environment.

Swarthmore College is definitely great for one to engage in different academic pursuits. The professors are always available to help the students both during their office and personal hours. Developing camaraderie with the different instructors is definitely a highlighted point of the school. Additionally, Swarthmore is a beautiful arboretum right next to the woods through which you can take walks during the spring and fall. There is lots of open space for you to explore. The college also has numerous resources such as the Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership and the Lang Center for Civic and Social development amongst others through which students can essentially pursue passion projects. However, on the social scene, the school is a bit quirky and weird, It is definitely very left-leaning and will sometimes leave you feeling isolated for your unpopular opinions and behaviours. Play this carefully though and I think this college will be a perfect fit for you.
