While the program initially seemed promising, my experience has been mixed. On one hand, it offers accessibility and structure—but on the other, the coursework lacks depth and rigor. The classes are highly repetitive and did not contribute meaningfully to my professional growth or career advancement.

More concerning, however, has been the customer service. I am currently in a dispute with a debt collector due to a class withdrawal that was never properly processed. Despite my clear intent to withdraw, the institution failed to remove me from the course, resulting in an incomplete grade and the unexpected revocation of my federal loan. I received no prior notice, and when I sought resolution, I was told it was my responsibility to have recorded the phone call confirming my withdrawal. This points to a troubling lack of accountability and poor record-keeping practices.

Overall, the program suffers from weak academic delivery, inconsistent faculty quality, and deeply flawed administrative support. I expected a more professional and student-centered experience.
