Studying at Hanover College
Over 1,000 undergraduate students from across the nation attend Hanover College, where they can choose to major in over 30 different subject areas, for example Art & Design, Biology, Business, Education, French, Kinesiology and Integrative Physiology, Music, Theatre, and Theological Studies.
Studying Abroad
Students at the college can study abroad for a semester at no additional fee charge. Hanover maintains relationships with institutions all over the world such as Australia, Belgium, and Turkey, and foreign language exchanges with France, Germany, Mexico, and Spain.
Living at Hanover
Accommodation-wise, the college itself offers many options, all very close to the college’s main buildings. Students can choose from same-sex or co-ed in, for instance, Blythe Hall, Coulter House, Ide Hall, or Wiley Hall.
For extracurricular activities students may choose from a variety of clubs and organisations, such as the Hanover athletic teams, who compete at many levels. Additionally, an impressive 50% of students are involved with the college’s sorority and fraternity chapters.
Life After Hanover
Hanover graduates are called Hanoverians, 99% of which are either in employment or continuing eduction just 7 months after their graduation from the college. This is no doubt in part thanks to the Levett Career Centre which aids students with all career-related issues.
