Student review [#14973] for Industrial Engineering

I would definitely recommend San Jose State University for its diverse culture. As an international student, initially, it was really very hard for me to get used to of foreign country, studies, and environment. The teaching, grading pattern was totally different than my expectations. It is the place where grades don’t matter that much, the only thing which matters is Practical Skills or Hands-on experience and Of course how you handle the situation right upfront. Now let me share something important. Back in India, I did Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering. Lately but during my last year, I found myself really interested in particular Statistics subjects. Hence I decided to pursue masters in the domain which is totally inclined towards my field of interest. I applied in 6 universities and fortunately, I got admit from all of them. However, the major reason behind choosing SJSU over any other applied universities is, It’s course structure. San Jose State provides a perfect blend of statistics and data analytics regarding subjects. Which can definitely help one in reshaping their career goals, tech skills and knowledge. Moreover, the course curriculum is definitely Industry oriented so the odds of landing on a good job is comparatively higher. On the other hand, Silicon Valley has its own beauty. If you are in the Software/ Computer Engineering domain, then you won’t find any other place in the entire globe which is better than this. It’s actually a heaven for Tech geeks. Last but not the least, the pros are higher than the cons. So one should definitely consider this University for their further studies. Go for it. You won’t regret it. #GoSpartans
