Student review [#25099] for Criminology
at Pennsylvania State University - Penn State

After being in the Criminology Program for two years, I found that the professors will make every penny worth it. Professors are always available and are the most understandable when situations inevitably happen. The downside for me and most students I talk to is the needed intro courses. These courses are very large in students and are sometimes difficult to get one-on-one help from the professors. I believe that these classes are redundant and shouldn’t be a huge part of students’ first years at Penn State.

Campus life is amazing in every way shape and form. There are options for every student. If you like to go out there are plenty of options, if you find yourself to be interested in staying in there are plenty of on-campus events for you. Another great part of Penn State is how diverse the campus and its organizations are. There are clubs for everyone and international students are everywhere that it makes a great home away from home.

Lastly, the Alumni connections are outstanding. There are alumni groups in every state and they all have their own Facebook group. No matter where you go you will hear someone utter the words”We Are”. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to come to school here and I would trade anything to be able to stay here forever.
