KSU is a very nice school with great opportunity and nice staffs but the institution lacks proper planning on how to help students succeed in the professional world. The school is more focused on students graduating but not prepare them on how to survive.
View moreI studied Criminal Justice at Kennesaw State University from 2018 to 2022 and had a very positive experience overall. The program provided a strong foundation in both theoretical and practical aspects of the field. The professors were knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely invested in our success. I appreciated how classes combined academic learning with real-world applications, and there were plenty of opportunities for discussion and critical thinking.
What stood out most was the support from faculty and advisors, as well as the diverse range of electives offered. Campus life was vibrant, and there were many events and student organizations that made it easy to get involved.
One area that could improve is the availability of internship opportunities directly through the program, but with personal initiative, they can be found.
I would definitely recommend this university and program to anyone interested in Criminal Justice.
KSU prepared me for the real world. I gained work experience through my time working for the university news paper. The professors and classes I took were complex, interesting and worthy of the money paid for the education. Without graduating from KSU, I wouldn’t have received the roles I’ve had in my career.
View moreI attended KSU online classes in order to obtain my masters degree. Overall, I had a pleasant experience with the online program. I did have some concerns with the amount of information we had to learn in a short period of time for the more high level classes, but overall the work was manageable.
View moreKennesaw State was an amazing experience. I enjoyed the beautiful campus and all of its amenities. One of the best things about this university was the student life. There were hundreds of organizations to choose from. I do think the staff could use a bit of improvement.
