George Mason University is absolutely amazing! There are so many opportunities on campus that give students so many different ways to get involved and find something that interests them. Everyone is super helpful in making sure your college experience is wonderful. The campus is vibrant and beautiful without being too sprawling, which might make it harder to get around quickly. The people at George Mason make the school so great. The people I’ve met here are so open to new ideas and helping other students learn and move creative projects forward. I actually got into fraternity recruiting and made good friends. I understand that fraternity clubs aren’t for everyone, but I highly recommend new students join clubs as they are a great way to meet people. As a new student, Mason feels large and overwhelming as he tries to find your foothold. Finding like-minded people makes the journey easier and a lot more fun. I would definitely choose my school again because of the general atmosphere of the school and the graduations.
