As an off-campus student, I really appreciate the meal plans Colorado State University offers off-campus students. The meal plan is designed to help you stay healthy while staying within your budget and providing you with alternative food sources rather than just ramen or mac and cheese. There are several different dining rooms to choose from, ranging from sandwiches and soups to deli sandwiches, home cooked meals and even Mongolian grills. The newer food center has great food and offers a different selection every day. Older people tend to do the same thing every day and so can get older, but having several different options helps balance that out. Plus, depending on how many meals you buy, you can eat as much and as healthy as you want for between $11 and $8 per meal!
