The Earlham faculty
The faculty at Earlham is probably my favorite aspect of the college. I don’t think that a lot of people actively take advantage of the Human Resources we receive in our professors in most educational institutions really. Earlham has a small student to faculty ratio so if you really did want to cultivate more personal relationships with your professors, there’s good possibilities for that. The faculty is always willing to invest in you if you demonstrate that you are motivated and willing to put in the work. Finally they really care about your emotional, physical and mental well being which is always a plus considering that college can get very awful.
