App State is great! Despite the weather, everyone in Boone loves the town. The people, the academics, the Professors, the facilities and the campus are all amazing. There are so many interesting things nearby that you can visit. You can make friends and discover new things on campus by participating in clubs and other activities.

Appalachian State University is a really friendly campus and community where everyone wants to see you excel in your academics. The campus is lovely, there are lots of places to hang out with friends, locations to visit with friends, and many other things you can do if you have free time. Everyone that enrols at Appalachian State University has a positive outlook, is open-minded toward everyone and everything, and always ends up having fun while attending classes and earning good grades.

App State is awesome! It is in a gorgeous setting and has a great small town vibe. Everyone in the area is really friendly. This school offers a huge variety of opportunities. These could include skiing or fly fishing. Though older, the dorms are still fantastic. Academically speaking, all the lecturers genuinely care, as is evident. You constantly feel included in student life because it is so vibrant and alive.
