at Appalachian State University - ASU

The scenery at App State is gorgeous. Boone is a stunning region. The music program is fantastic, and every teacher I have seen is eager to go above and beyond to make sure that learning is enjoyable. Although the campus is generally accessible to those with disabilities, there is need for improvement, particularly in the buildings. Elevators frequently break down, and there wasn’t enough space in my first-year dorm room to lower the mattresses. Overall, a great time with plenty of amazing individuals.
