at University of the West of England Bristol - UWE

Biology PGCE.
Simon, tutor, was amazing. Knowledgeable, helpful, tried really hard to help everyone.
However, a fair few of us were asked to try and find our own placements if possible due to schools dropping out last minute. I also had to sort my own placement for a repeat due to extenuating circumstances, meaning I was doing nothing for 3 months except emailing schools, and meant I got my QTS later than planned.
Unfortunately, Bristol University take most of the placements, leaving UWE with less to work with.
