View moreLoughborough University is situated in the small(ish) town of Loughborough. Because of this, the student experience is a unique one. You get to know everybody and you know what events people will be going to. It’s great for being social, making friends and memories. I study geography which, despite covid, has been a really interactive course. The lectures are always on hand to offer extra support and with them doing their own research, the content is usually up to date and engaging. The university offers the chance to do a placement year. This is something I did myself and feel made me more employable. I would recommend Loughborough as it becomes a sort of home away from home. It is great for socialising, especially if you love sports. But it is also a top-class uni and makes you feel welcome, whatever your background may be.
View moreI am a masters student doing MSc in Automobile Engineering at Loughborough University. The United Kingdom is known for its High education standard, excellent career opportunities and inclusive environment. I believe the UK is the education hub and heart of the automotive sector. Advanced topics like hybrid powertrain, autonomous vehicles, along with vehicle performance, aerodynamics are taught during the MSc Automotive Engineering course at Loughborough university providing broad-based and sound education in automotive engineering. The very fact that the course is designed in partnership with
industrial giants like Ford motors and JLR, access to the test track i.e. Horiba MIRA which is part of Europe’s largest transport research makes it the best exposure. You will be surrounded by a highly research-oriented environment, upgraded facilities with excellent career prospects in future.
The program is well crafted and in line with the current demands of the job market. The teaching is good with the integration of technology wherever possible. Setting up interactive sessions, case studies, group projects is the highlight of classroom teaching. I am glad to be a part of this institute.
