My opinion about my university, the University of Derby is that it’s a great for its practical approach to teaching and learning. It exposes students to real life situation, enables students contribute their point of views about contemporary issues around the world. It blends academics greatly with social life. I like that every department of the school encourages and value students’ feedback. My school prioritise academic excellence and employability even after students graduates from the school.
As a marketing students, I have benefitted greatly from outside classroom exposures my school introduced me to. I am currently an affiliate study and student ambassador for Charted Institute of Marketers(volunteer), where I enjoy mentoring and access resources from professionals in my field and I also give dedicate time to create content for CIM club.

University of Derby has serene environment where students are mostly comfortable for learning and socialising. We also have active student clubs to excite students’ interest.

The general university is a good spot and helps everyone out with any problems they have if it’s joining or sorting accommodation.

The accommodations are fairly priced with good quality buildings.

The sports centre is incredible. My course is well fitted to what Skills I’ll need when I graduate and head into the real world.

I also get a lot of real work experience with a full-time course degree which goes in my favour.

Yes, I would recommend my university to anyone, I love the lectures and the classrooms, I’m doing my master’s, and the lecturers are helpful and understanding. The library system is wonderful too, there are different sections and they have a lot of helpful books.

Yes, I would always recommend it. I like their programmes and how they reach out to students in the shortest possible time. UoD standard is world-class, the staffs are amazing and very helpful. Try UoD!

An amazing university! Lovely people with lovely courses! Great library and coffee shops! Easy to find rooms. An interesting after-lecture event such as petting zoon. Great societies to take part in and great people!

I would recommend University Derby for online learning _ MSc Environmental Health. The course content is relevant and can be useful to those students interested in practising Environmental Health in the UK as it is recognised by CIEH. The course is well-paced and affordable as well.

The university of derby offers a great foundation pathways program for those who didn’t follow the conventional education pathway. The program is designed to ease students back into education and serves a preparatory purpose for higher education.

Great, staff are very supportive and inclusive the facilities are varied and well-managed and the equipment well looked-after. The onsite locations are relatively welcoming and the online resources are plentiful and readily available.
