It is a great university. I am really happy that it promotes a great social life. Teachers are very good and attentive (at least in my department of Social and Policy Sciences). The town of Bath is great and quiet. It is also very safe. The campus is awkwardly placed on top of a big hill which means that in the second year, once you are living away from campus, you really have to take the bus unless you want to walk for at least 1 hour. The bus company (First) sometimes tends to do mistakes with allocating busses at the right times. Yet, the position the campus means that the campus is very safe (it is one of the safest in the UK) and surrounded by a lot of nature. As an international student, I can say that I feel properly integrated into the English culture and this has been greatly influenced by the friends I met at the University. But I have to say that – as in any culture – you have to make an effort to integrate. Yet, the university has many social clubs for the different nationalities and many social events for internationals. I can write a lot in this review, but as a conclusion, I can say that I recommend the university.
