The university itself is well equipped, the professors were great and the courses were taught in depth. In fact, it did not matter I was an exchange student just for the semester, I underwent the same treatment and I was equal to the rest of the students, which I really liked. The university has all the kind of clubs and organizations that students are free to join. Chess club, book club, sports teams… even a wheelchair basketball team open to everyone and inclusive for people with disabilities.
There is high level of internationality among the students and the fact it is England really makes your Erasmus+ time in the city easier as everyone speaks English! The only drawback is the living cost – too high for student life, especially because the Erasmus+ grant was not even close to cover the costs. I can only imagine for students with no scholarship/grant support.
