UCL at HereEast offers two very innovative postgraduate programmes in sustainable property development, one of which is a healthcare facility. I learned about real estate, construction and healthcare, and met students from different professional backgrounds. Architecture students are especially interesting because they see the world differently than I do. However, it is too far to come to the HereEast campus, it takes a long time to take the subway and walk for about 10 minutes. In the past, due to the storm, the subway was closed, and there was no convenient transportation. Many people could only call a car, and then the price of the car was well understood.
